What are your product guarantees?

LIVE DELIVERY IS GUARANTEED. All claims must be made within 24 hours of delivery. NOTE: Crickets hibernate at temperatures below 50 degrees. Allow 3 hours at room temp for crickets to become active before assessing any losses. Additionally, each box of crickets contains approximately a 15% over-count to compensate for expected losses during transit. Please refer to the care sheet for detailed care info.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

Shipping is available through Fedex and USPS.  For bulk orders, please contact us for a shipping quote.  There are ways we can package bulk orders that will often yield lower rates than our online shopping carts calculator.

Do you offer international shipping?

International shipments are limited to bulk orders.  Please contact us for details.
